Looks like a left handed dominant dribbler, but a right handed shooter. Scores most of his points off of jumpers, looks like he has a good handle, gets his shot off anytime he wants, very quick. Saw one clip where he launched one from nearly half-court, not sure what to think about that. Played varsity four years, says he got sent to the JV team in his soph year for some time because he wasn't working hard enough. Soph year was mainly deferring to seniors on the team, broke out as a junior. Obviously has put in a lot of time on his game. Biancardi called him one of the best shooters, but I'd like to see some HS stats to back it up. Should also note he must be a smart kid if he's thinking about engineering.

I think Purdue got a steal, got some luck with his early leader Vandy taking someone else, just doesn't have prototypical NBA PG size. I think once the kid sees the shooters and bigs he has around him and sees the effort that's required on defense at Purdue, he'll fit in just fine. Still will be prone to an early jump shot since he plays up-tempo in HS and in AAU, but he should eventually realize he'll get plenty of opportunities late in the shot clock with rebounders in position.
