E!SPNs Olberman punished for bizarre twitter rant against PSU students

Thats weird. Im pretty sure Keith has done that sort of thing before. Not entirely sure why they are pitiful anyway. Because of their reaction to Sandusky?

To be fair Olberman is one of the good guys and he's not really wrong, I think a lot of this stems from a previous rant he's had regarding the reinstatement of Paterno wins and such. He basically hates PSU because they can raise 13 mil. for kids cancer which is truly a great deed, but be completely and dumbfoundingly blinded by football loyalty leaving abused kids by the side of the road in the name of legacy.

I tend to agree, actually.

I get all the arguments about what belongs as an NCAA infraction versus criminal court, etc., but the way the students and alumini minimized what had already happened because they wanted to watch football made me sick.

If something like that happened at Purdue, I would absolutely want it shut down and built from scratch.

Caring about the records and such is disgusting.

difference is Dakich pisses people off because he opinionated about basketball. Olberman in his rant crossed a line. I actually enjoy listening to DD

DD is trying to get people to react to drive ratings. Olbermann got pissed and lost control.

I want to say I should clarify, what he did was indeed douchey, he shouldn't get in twitter wars, but his points are usually on point and he has a history of taking the right people to task and very on point rants.

Olbermann is a moron.

He's intellectually inferior to anyone he's "interviewing", and thinks he's morally superior to the fly on the wall.

In other words, he's a mental midget.

A dunce.

A dipstick.

But, ask him... he's a GENIUS!

Generally agree. Somewhere down the line he lost the ability to care about what he should and shouldnt do while keeping an opinion about what others should or shouldnt do.
