He committed to Utah (I think) in late summer, but now Rivals doesn't show him as committed to anyone in his profile now, and shows Utah as his only school of interest and lists his interest level as low. Does anybody know what is happening there?

Thanks Bullwhip. We were on him for a long time, and he came to visit unofficially. We made his final 4. Maybe we'll get him after all.

For those who put a lot of stock into who else is offering a recruit, it is important to note he was a Utah commit and heavily recruited by Boise State among others. I always liked him and knew he really liked Purdue. He is a good get.

Finally a good recruit.
I really like this recruit. What I've been saying all along is we need good DL's to hold their ground but what's important is getting LB's that are active, play makers and difference makers. That's been a long standing problem with our football teams.

Always a fan of NFL bloodlines.

You don't like Bentley? Ezechukwu? Herman? Bailey? I'm surprised to hear you say LB is a problem with these guys playing.

3 of those were injured the majority of lass year. Bailey is still unproven

you are joking right? the group had injuries, Herman is OK, they have trouble getting back in their drops even Bentley. Teams that actually pass to their TE's kill us. They also have trouble getting off blocks.
