By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose. This Executive Order establishes the Department of Government Efficiency to implement the President’s DOGE Agenda, by modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.

Sec. 3. DOGE Structure. (a) Reorganization and Renaming of the United States Digital Service. The United States Digital Service is hereby publicly renamed as the United States DOGE Service (USDS) and shall be established in the Executive Office of the President.

(c) This Executive Order displaces all prior executive orders and regulations, insofar as they are subject to direct presidential amendment, that might serve as a barrier to providing USDS access to agency records and systems as described above.
DOGE began as an Obama service with broad access. An August 2014 video Obama released showed the equivalency of Elon Musk who was Mikey Dickerson. It was to help with Obama’s unaffordable care act. Remember all the problems with the website? Apparently, Trump capitalized on the technical language of that act. The purpose of Mikey was to focus on IT which is very broad and essentially says…ALL DATA since Mikey was to use IT for government oversight which gave all access to data.
Inside the executive order Trump also included this-
(b) Establishment of a Temporary Organization. There shall be a USDS Administrator established in the Executive Office of the President who shall report to the White House Chief of Staff. There is further established within USDS, in accordance with section 3161 of title 5, United States Code, a temporary organization known as “the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization”. The U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization shall be headed by the USDS Administrator and shall be dedicated to advancing the President’s 18-month DOGE agenda. The U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization shall terminate on July 4, 2026. The termination of the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization shall not be interpreted to imply the termination, attenuation, or amendment of any other authority or provision of this order.
So, it appears that nobody can legally block DOGE without violating the authority of the president. It appears Trump has a very strong argument against the judge in New York that Letitia James filed. Remember her? 😉 This injunction of trying to stop DOGE is illegal. Congress cannot stop this and the ability to get into personal data was established by Obama in 2014 with his Unaffordable Act. This judge appointed by Obama for this Friday is obviously another activist.
Elon using AI is finding large scale of fraud has already found 100 billion dollars of waste as well as other potential problems showing further abuse. Elon has already discovered that the social security database is NOT de-duplicated meaning you can have the same social security number over and over which enables massive fraud. Are illegals being furnished stolen social security numbers. I mean some people on the rolls today are over 140 years old! I can’t quickly find Elon’s tweet on this, but it is out there.
