It's right out of their playbook though, instead of addressing the issues they deflect with bogus "committees" or some other such nonsense. While that will work on their base since they are easily distracted by shiny objects, the rest of us aren't so easily fooled.

Bringing Trump back would be disastrous for the Republican party and for true conservatives. I for one want nothing to do with that. What I want is someone who brings back his policies without the idiocy of his behavior...
The best scenario is for Trump to play kingmaker and endorse candidates and campaign for them while letting a Desantis run unimpeded.
And he is old. We complain about pResident potato being old and Trump is not far behind. There needs to be an upper age limit on all government positions.
I fully believe Trump is trolling the left with letting them assume he is running. He knows he has broken them and this entire time they are focusing on him while DeSantis is quietly becoming more and more popular and avoiding the left's hate-filled comments. Mostly.
