Did anyone have issue or see anyone else have issues with the digital ticket system on Saturday? I couldn't go and my tickets got passed around a couple times. I think they were fine.

it was perfectly fine.

They had signs everywhere to access and download tickets NOW.

It's the like 2nd person at a stop sign, when crossing traffic doesn't stop; if you're not watching and looking for openings when the person in front of you goes, you're going to be the person everyone else looks at as if you're an idiot.

They simply need more points of entry. It's inexcusable to have lines that deep when it's 30+ minutes before kickoff.

Only having two people at each entry point REALLY slowed things down on top of there not being enough early entry points.

Just as bad is having the beer stands/carts on the inside of the walkways, as, the lines then extend to the outside of the walkways...thus, almost impossible to make your way to your seats even after you navigate the entry into the stadium.

As bad as it was in terms of having to wait for entry...it will be worse for basketball...older crowd base that will struggle with the process, and, only 4 entry points...hopefully someone is working on that matter now in light of what happened on Saturday

The printed tickets work pretty well.

I had huge lines at the North gates to the stadium. when we got to the front, the gate personnel said their reader want working, and that was the cause of the delay.

I couldn't believe how long the ticket lines were. The quote of the day came from a female student as we were walking behind them looking for a "short" line in....."Go over to that line. There is a lot of young people in that line." She was right, there was definitely a correlation between age and the time it took to scan tickets!

We got in early (like 50 minutes before kickoff) and had zero line on the NW gates. Probably more a result of when we came in vs how scanners worked, but was a breeze.
