Dem poster boy Garcia: Illegal immigrant, wife-beater AND human trafficker

My god you are dense.

People are concerned that when the government starts pulling residents off the streets and ships them off to a foreign prison without following the LAW and the CONSTITUTION, it's a short walk to a authoritarian government who can take away our rights. You know, the reason gun rights advocates say they need to be armed.
If you don't want to address that specific point then just don't reply.
Quit acting like they removed Mother Theresa from society. This guy is a bad hombre. He doesn’t deserve any special treatment.

Why are you not nearly as upset when one of these illegal aliens kills an American citizen?

You claim to support deportation of illegal aliens.
This guy is an illegal alien. Why do you not support putting him on the first bus out?
I am. Follow the law. Bring him back , put it before a judge and deport him.

Let's be clear. YOU SUPPORT breaking the law and violating the Constitution when it comes to immigration. Don't freakin sugarcoat it. You want to pick and choose what's laws you want enforced. Due process rights are the only issue and have been the issue since this began. But you can't even say the words. You're no different than Joe Sicpack who's never heard of due process , let alone what it means. Follow the law. Respect the courts. You can can get all the illegals out. But trump sees a chance to galvanize you hayseeds to distract you from the sh!t storm that's coming soon.

These are the facts.

Abrego Garcia fled El Salvador 15 years ago to escape threats and extortion from the violent Barrio 18 gang and sought asylum in the United States. Deeming his life to be in danger if he were to return to his home country, a U.S. immigration judge in 2019 granted him a form of legal protection known as “withholding of removal,” which included eligibility for work authorization. In other words: He went through a process established in U.S. law, sought protection from persecution, and was eventually granted protection from deportation to El Salvador and a work permit.

The Department of Justice admitted in court that removing Abrego Garcia from the U.S. was unlawful (what attorneys for the U.S. have called an “administrative error”), but the Trump administration has refused to take steps to bring him home.

The Supreme Court has upheld Xinis’ April 4 order that the government should “facilitate” the release of Abrego Garcia and said it should “ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.” The high court instructed the District Court to clarify the order to “effectuate” his return, “with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs,” and said the federal government “should be prepared to share what it can concerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further steps. "

Is this career criminal an American citizen? He's illegal as hell, he's "suspected" of many crimes such as trafficking humans, yet you want to buy him and ice cream cone. Typical left wing thought process.

I really don’t understand why people want to give someone due process when they are here illegally breaking the law. Why would they have any rights? These district court judges make no sense for people with common sense.

Because it's the freakin law. Wtf don't you understand? Laws don't always make sense but we still follow them. Jfc

like we live in a democracy, we are free to be outraged by different things. Me, personally, I am not rankled by immigrants moving to US who want to better their lives. I do wish we have more orderly way to address immigration, including prevention and removal of illegal ones. That's only my personal view. My view isn't law. On the net, immigrants are positive economically. Studies after studies show they have lower crime rates that native born Americans, even with certain media blowing up isolated crime incidents. But I can empathize with people who are rankled about immigration. And I do agree it can be a problem socially.

Having said that, I do not understand what immigration have to do with a a federal executive that is taking visible steps down the authoritarianism path. I don't understand why you insist speaking up about that should include speaking up about immigration. And you don't have to engage some random person on the street about fascism. Please feel free to engage me. I don't talk about things I don't know and know well.
"On the net, immigrants are positive economically. Studies after studies show they have lower crime rates that native born Americans, even with certain media blowing up isolated crime incidents. "

There are several things at play in the above. One is the grouping or lack of grouping of crime and what it is or all crime having the same weight. The other thing that would be needed is to know if geographical areas statistically show different levels of arrests inside various populations and how that data for various crimes compares to other areas between illegal, legal immigrants and native born Americans. Does it fall inside the expected values? Ultimately, is there a distinction not only for various crimes, but those of an illegal immigrant and a legal immigrant to native American born...and is the data different prior to Biden and after Biden. Lots of questions relative to legal, illegal immigrants and native born Americans. I'm also unsure there is a "net" positive economically. There are many extra costs without full assimilation...and such just due to language while ignoring other costs as well. That is data I would like to see and that data I'm sure doesn't exist

I can and have linked studies that definitely show the opposite.

What would be difficult in getting better numbers is that we don't know how many illegals we have for proportional comparisons as far as crime...let alone different categories of crime. Costs would be easier. How do we rate the costs of waiting on a number for English? ;) Then again, would illegals consist of 100% crime?

Don't care about the law or the Constitution. Remember that when the pubs aren't in power anymore. But you won't. Hypocrite.
Ok, how about this:
The US brings him back from the Salvadoran prison. That day, they put him in front of a judge. The judge confirms that he's an illegal immigrant (with or without MS 13 ties). That same day, they deport him and put him back on a flight back to the Salvadoran prison.
Would that make you happy?
Why or why not?

El Salvador refuses to release him. They want him there. Get off CNN and you'll be smarter.
The President of El Salvador said it himself. Something to the effect of "I can't release him? I have no authority of putting a person back into the US".

This is actually a mutually beneficial deal for both the US and El Salvador: we pay them a fraction of what it costs to house prisoners here and they suddenly have a new source of income. Perfect.

He may have entered illegally but he's not now given the above. He's not getting deported in a new court proceeding for simply being illegal.

That said, if he is brought back and goes to court, is represented by council and the judge rules he should be deported, I'm fine with that.

Why? Lol. Because his due process rights as a resident were satisfied as guaranteed by the judicial process being followed.

So again. If here was brought back, was represented by a public defender immigration attorney, the judge heard his case and renders a decision that he be deported, then you're OK with him being on the next flight back to El Salvador?

I believe I just said that.

What if a "liberal" judge appointed by Biden or Obama says he's not guilty? What's your thoughts then?
What if a MAGA judge appointed by trump says he is guilty?

Doesn't matter. Abide by the ruling. The attacks by trump.......on any judge that rules against him......or by the dems against the Supreme Court, only serves to diminish the public trust in the courts. Watch how fast your democracy crashes when the judicial branch is ignored.

Do you think this guy is MS13?

I don't know. The accusation is based on hearsay evidence.........along with tattoos and a Bulls hat. Doesn't mean it can't be true. Or he could be a former gang member.
Which part of the Constitution do you think was violated in deporting Garcia to his home country?
