If someone gets in or promoted due to DEI does not mean that they are not qualified or does not work hard. I’m sure the black folks you know that you say work hard and got jobs on their own ain’t going to turn down a job or promotion if they found out that it was due to DEI. You can bet on that.

What y’all seem to gloss over is all of the white men that have gotten jobs over women and minorities just because they are white men. Just like anything else, some may not have been qualified. Y’all say nothing about that. Or y’all say nothing about legacy college admissions that mostly white men benefit from.
