I was one year old that year. I do however remember how dark Mackey used to be in the 70’s.

I was at that game. What a difference from the old Fieldhouse! Still have the ticket stubs from that game and the 1969 national championship game at Freedom Hall. Guess I should have kept a stub from a win.

A lot later than that I think. I can remember how dark the games were on tv too. And the buzz when it finally got enough light to look 'normal'.
