Dates when rosters need to be set or close to it?

When is a good timeline that all of this finishes up or gets close? Guessing the top guys choose first and than the second and third tier transfers fill the remaining holes in rosters. I’m sure there’s some that are close to the program on here that sort of know a answer. The free agency period without a doubt has these boards rocking and rolling!
