At this point we need some that can rebuild the program and I don't think a mac level coach nor Spack can do it.For being so bull headed. Fire the football coach and hire a coach from the MAC or kiss Brock Spack where the sun don`t shine and ask him to coach the Boilers.

I agree. I think that we need to get out of the box and the MAC is in the box IMO. AAC, Conf USA, Sun Belt , etc. I'd like to see us pick up somebody that brings in their entire staff and system and comes out of left field. Tiller came out of left field. Haz was the leftover establishment guy. You can't play the B1G big boys at their game - they get the 4 and 5 star recruits. We can't pound away with WI, MI, MSU, OSU, PSU etc. We need a guy that doesn't break the rules -- but comes damn close! Knows the rules well enough that he knows where the white lines are -- that's how you win. And if we fortunate enough to ever get back to where Joe had us, be ready to reestablish that as a culture. It ain't rocket science but as an AD you need to check your ego at the door.At this point we need some that can rebuild the program and I don't think a mac level coach nor Spack can do it.
hopefully Spack could land the Iowa St. job. I'll still go after Mike Norvell, maybe see if Matt Rhule (Temple) would be interested although I think Va Tech might look at him among others. For being so bull headed. I think we should give Hazell one more season provided he adds a chapter entitled "How to Actually Win Football Games" to that binder he makes the players carry around.
I heard, however, that Burke did requisition the purchase of used TrapperKeepers featuring a rainbow on the front. The players will find the metric conversion tables printed on the insides of the folders handy as they pursue jobs in the CFL.Unfortunately, MB will not provide the funding to buy tabs and paper for those binders, or the ghost writer who would know what to put in that section.
