Seems odd to win Defensive POY and not even make 3rd team all conference, especially for a guy who's been pretty good offensively as a low quantity shooter. I'm frankly too lazy to compare his offensive stats to the guys in front of him, but find it hard to believe that they're so much worse that his defense doesn't offset.
As a point of comparison, Chris Kramer was third team all Big Ten as a sophomore Defensive POY in a season where he averaged only 6.8ppg.
