This is not a fire Painter thread. It is just an observation, and one that has been made before.

Compare the emotion, fire and will of LRArk coach during the entire game to that of Painter. A huge contrast.
The best example I can come up with is the Haas flagrant foul. Painter goes to the referee and in a complacent, nonchalant manner says calmly "you have to call the first foul", meaning Haas got fouled prior to the flagrant and it wasn't called. I have said before Painter has to go to bat for Haas every game.

Beard willed his team to a win. Painter was just an observer.

Painter has no fire and doesn't inspire anyone. Time to move on.
