We are leaving Omaha Friday morning and should get into town around 5ish...I can't remember where we are staying but I will find out and edit this post.

I sort of wish it was a 2:30 start, or I guess 3:30 start but oh well. It looks like we are hitting up the Where Else bar for breakfast club to start the day. Will they serve food or should we just stop at another place first to eat?

I haven't been back since last year, but I'd highly recommend getting food before where else. Get lunch at Harry's or Brunos after breakfast club. With it being a night game, a power nap around 2:30 wouldn't hurt either. Have an awesome time!

I am so excited for you to see this mysterious Where Else bar in all its glory...

If you're wanting to grab some breakfast before going to Where Else you might want to consider XXX.
The XXX is a great diner on the levee and made Guy Fieri’s Dinner, Diners, and Dives. I’ve only done lunches and suppers but believe they have great breakfasts. They have a unique root beer too that has a historical story behind it.

if you don't go after the bars close you're doing it wrong. 3am biscuits and gravy.

I’ve actually never been to XXX. I never lived on that side of campus and was never a biscuits and gravy fan. I was more of a late night La Bamba guy.

that's a new chain place w tons of TV's, My favorite of their beers, hey you were 5 mi. from my house.
Yeah I’ve been there twice since they’ve opened (I’m in Beth for work quite a bit). Great beer selection but I think the food is just OK. You can tell they’re going after the PJs and Copperheads crowd.
