My biggest curiousity going into next season is what combinations of Cluff, TKR and Jacobson we will see on the floor.
If TKR a straight 4 again with Cluff/Jacobsen manning the 5? Will Cluff and Jacobsen ever be out together?
Will we get a wing that supplants Cox as a starter?
We still need someone on the floor that can get their own shot to take this to the next level.

There is no chance at all that Painter doesn't add starting wing player at least.
Technically Furst is a starter and leaving, but we have 2 better options atleast coming if not more.
Way I see it is Burgess/Cluff/Jacobsen/TKR rotate at the 4/5 interchangeably depending on the matchup .... with Cluff and Jacobsen focusing at the 5
In theory everyone entering the portal is free to return. Once entered the portal then teams are allegedly allowed to start contacting you. Or at least that’s the way it’s supposed to work. Otherwise it’s tampering. So people saying KY is offering Braden cash would indicate tampering he isn’t in the portal yet. You need to enter to portal to “entertain” offers otherwise it’s tampering….

The only thing that bothers me is that Cam and Braden are supposedly best buddies. Is Cam leaving because his buddy isn’t coming back so why not get paid to go somewhere else? I’d hate for that to be true, but it’s just an ugly reality these days.
We got beat because we didn’t hit enough shots. Were we overmatched physically? Yes.
Maybe look up what a straw man argument is instead of just trying to throw out buzz words to feign intelligence, and you’ll see that it’s exactly what you’re doing. Because you’re incapable of logically following a conversation, I posted that no one is offering some huge amount of money to poach bench guys that we wouldn’t be able to match. You responded that they’re getting offer before entering the portal. Been trapped in twitter world but, man hate to see that Cam is gone. He was sure fun to watch. It's not about the money IMO it's about opportunity. I hope he makes the most of his immediate future and the rest of his life. I haven't read this post, but things are getting real.
I kind of don’t get it. How much more money is he really going to get elsewhere? He just played in the national championship game last year and logged 31, 15, and 24 minutes in 3 tournament games this year almost making it to the elite 8 where you were one of the key players. You’ll be coming back next year playing for one of the top 5 Xs and Os coaches in the nation on a team that will pre-season ranked in the top 10 at least.

Did it ever dawn on you that someone is offering them hundreds of thousands of dollars, and we can’t / don’t want to match, because of the $7-9 million we are paying our starters?

When will all this portal transfer bullshit start affecting attendance and TV viewership. We all know that’s the bottom line, the players have every right to transfer and make as much as possible. I just think you shouldn’t be able to do it every year, sign a 2 year contract and that would solve a lot of problems. That would mean you could transfer twice during you 5 years
If it’s not about money but opportunity, what is a better opportunity than coming back and finishing what you started with your “brothers” in that “family in the locker room” and playing for a team at the highest level competing for a national championship? Money talks, bullshit walks.

Completely out of control and unsustainable - as I said earlier Jay Wright is a smart man and saw the madness coming.
