Hoogolf... Hoo short for Hoosier? Hmm...
That's correct Sir, but don't hold it against me.

I'm glad that I made my biggest fan laugh. I think BBG just proved who is acting like a 12 year old.
I think he actually is the only too .. I'd have to look. And honestly I don't remember why and my original reason may not even exist anymore. The fact that BBG had JohnnyHoosier on ignore is pretty telling as well.
Have you learned nothing from the chest thumping M$U trolls? Purdue means NOTHING to M$U and Whizzo would not have made the effort to paint Purdue in a bad light because WE ARE NOT WORTHY!!!My understanding was that Barnes did contact Izzo and told him that Biggie had a change of heart. Izzo (or someone from the MSU side) then "leaked" the news, trying to get ahead of things. I believe Izzo wanted to somehow paint Purdue in a bad light.
I do not believe that Biggie or Barnes had substantive conversations with any other school until AFTER Biggie had decommitted from MSU. I do think Biggie talked to some of the Cal players off and on, but after thinking through the scenarios, Cal wasn't as good of an option as Purdue in the end.
And we all know the Hoosiers love short BB players led by the twitchy gnome Clappy!!Hoogolf... Hoo short for Hoosier? Hmm...

I know you weren't asking me, but you pose two good questions. My take:Agree, Tom is a gnome.
Just curious, but how long do you think he'll be the coach? Also is CMP a lifer at PU? I'm not a Crean fan but I'm a fan of Painter's coaching philosophy.
I know you weren't asking me, but you pose two good questions. My take:
First: How long will Crean be head coach? Until he stops making the tourney I am guessing.
Second: Is CMP a lifer? Only if he keeps building on his recent success. If he is a lifer then that means Purdue is doing good things on the basketball court. A repeat of two terribad seasons and CMP will more than likely be gone because he will lose the entire fanbase IMO at that point.
The thing you haven't considered is that Morgan is on his last few years. Purdue has a history of enforcing its mandatory retirement age regardless of the position. Beering wanted more years, Nobel professors have wanted more years, we all know Keady and Tiller wanted more years. So the thought that Morgan will get to retire when he decides isn't very logical. No doubt he will be allowed to finish any big projects like the south end zone.I know you weren't asking me, but you pose two good questions. My take:

You know that is a good point about Morgan and a new AD. CMP has the pieces to make that elite 8 the next couple years, but we shall see what happens. The thing you haven't considered is that Morgan is on his last few years. I say all that only because from my experience in watching new AD administration is that many want their own people. Matt is pretty safe as long as Morgan is the AD. But a new guy might not have his back like Morgan does. Just from what I've observed over the years I think he needs at least one elite eight to solidify his tenure.
