Braden

He is 123 assists away from all time leader Parkinson.

If he averages 8.7 (his current avg after tonight) he should tie it in 14 more games. I’d be averages ~7 a game, he will tie it in the last regular season game.

Not bad for someone who is “just short” and an “edey merchant”.

Edit: please feel free to check my math 😂

Going to love every minute of the next two years with this generational player.......one in a million college player.

Funny CMP recruited has 2 of those generational types from nowhere lately is just crazy amazing. And that's after recruiting the baby boilers, CE, TW and JI....not mention getting Loyer and TKR to come here with Braden.

The 26-27 season going to be strangely difficult without him on the floor. Looking forward to who CMP finds next.

he does whatever he can to win. It was a year or two ago that I said if there was another Braden clone to handle the ball, the first Braden would be fine at a 2. His shot may be off, players may not make baskets and lower his assists and he may not get all the boards he wants, but outside of any desired metric you know he will give it all he has every game in so many ways

Does long beard make him look shorter?

Ahhh would have been a kicked ball like the other one in that same spot later.
Yeah, the hardest bounce pass to get is the one that hits the floor beside you since that is the lowest spot to grab and since his hands were up and it was low enough for a kick rather than just going off the leg you are correct.

Can’t ever remember a game where the team only had 2 turnovers. That’s being focused. 😄

Purdue actually had three last night (zero in the 2nd half), which ties the lowest in program history - done six times previously, including earlier this season against Alabama. And, one of the turnovers last night was a team shot clock violation. Purdue is much harder to beat this way, especially against teams that aren't as efficient in the half-court offense.

Let's see how they do in this department against NW on Sunday - if they come anywhere close to this game, I like their chances.....a lot.
