no doubt his play was strong and he carried Purdue. I see him becoming better driving the ball as he is forcing contact adn then shooting off of it rather than trying to move away from the D and playing weaker. I admit though...Purdue had the game in regulation if he slows down and uses the clock a bit on a drive in the remaining seconds...just take off a few more seconds or so
...Purdue 94 to 91...56.5 seconds in teh game adn 16 seconds on the clock. I mean he can get his shot anytime he wants and I think he tried a pass off a drive. I don't know if Purdue loses without Carsen, because they would be doing different things, but no doubt Carsen was huge in the way the game unfolded. I think he would be difficult to coach...you don't want to rein him in as he is soooooo streaky, but being streaky makes you want to rein him in. I know this...I wanted him from the three when he was in highschool and I'm certainly glad Purdue has him now...even if he gives me a stroke every now and then... “My dad calls me it. I don’t know. Not so much Trimble...CE still needs to work on Melo's violent head whip after being slightly brushed by a defender to draw the "soccer flop" foul (only partially TIC).
