Now that the P5 positions have been filled, here is an anonymous look at the resumes of the 5 coaches hired by LSU, Texas, Oregon, Purdue, and Baylor. My takeaway is simply how similar many of these profiles are and how small the gap is between the guy Purdue (9-39 last 4 seasons) hired and the guy Oregon (37-16 last 4 seasons) hired. Granted, these resumes are greatly simplified, but there is not a single guy who dominates all categories. Nor is there one who lags in all categories.
