If you like to watch the replays of football and basketball games, probably worth it at that price. Also, if you are a fan of baseball, softball, volleyball, and wrestling you should get your money's worth.
We've had it for 2 years now and we watch B1G+quite a bit and I like it. This is not for everyone though.
