I hope everyone relishes in the fulfillment of a dream and the hard work and sacrifice Biggie has dedicated himself to for this day to come.

I know I am honored that he is part of the Purdue family and wish him well tonight in his quest.

IMO, I feel he goes in the late 20's (25 thru 29) in first round to Orlando, Nets, Lakers or Spurs or whoever..so many moving pieces, lets hope even higher in the teens in first round.

If somehow he can land with the Lakers man could that be a marketing dream for all parties involved.

Whatever happens tonight, Biggie if your reading this....know we all love you and are glad you chose to be a Boilermaker and a Boilermaker for life.

Boiler Up!

I'll add a good luck to Carsen Edwards today too, with making the Team USA U19 final roster.

If I was an NBA GM, I'd pick Biggie much higher. He is the perfect kid for the locker room. He's quiet and is a good kid with no scrapes with the law. More than that is that he is a gym rat. He loves working out and any Coach would want that type of player on his team.

Furthermore, Biggie is a Dennis Rodman type rebounder. He goes after the ball. He is built a lot more solid than the others in the draft. His knock is that he can't move out NBA size players and that he may not be able to work inside against bigger and taller players. I hope some GM notices that he has been going up against Haas almost every day in practice.

NBA GM's try to envision a player who has the most upside to be a superstar and after the first few picks there has been some, but not many. However, there are plenty who have great potential that never live up to billing. Biggie can be a starter for the next 15 years. GM's take notice - Biggie is a sure thing!!!

Mock drafts have had Swanigan climbing all week.

Hopefully logic prevails.

I don't think he's going to be a superstar but the kid can and will produce and won't have to be a draft and stash or have quite the learning curve that some of the young or European guys are.

Lets see Biggie -- first round(hopefully). Carsen - Makes National Team.

Now can we top it off with a commit from Damezi Anderson? (Isn't he on campus for Purdue Shootout team camp today?) Let's go for the trifecta!....cancel those visits and just commit already!

First round to the Blazers! Hell of a story for him! Happy for him well-deserved!

Also Painter deserves a ton of credit for giving this kid a shot, never giving up on his pursuit even when Izzo came a knocking and got him (at first) and for letting the offensive work thru him this past season.

"Painter deserves a ton of credit for giving this kid a shot"..... LOL
