What is success? Is 25 wins enough, or is more needed, say a Big Ten championship? Is getting to a Final Four the ultimate goal, or winning it all? What allows a coach to say-I have been a success here? Is it how you are judged vis-a-vis with one's peers? Or, will it always come down to:what have you done for me lately?
