B1G Schedule Could be Better, Could be Worse

We play some tough teams on the road that I suspect we will have little chance of winning but at least we play some of the weaker teams (Illini and Wisky) twice. Of course, which teams are tough and weak could be greatly altered by seniors returning for their COVID year and by portal transfers.

Playing Maryland, Mich, Iowa only once is a good thing, all are pretty much guarenteed loses.

Five of their top six scorers and most-mins-played are returning including their star Patberg who is using her COVID year as a graduate student. I don’t know anything about their two freshman - Berry a 5’11” forward from Georgia and Peterson a 5’9” guard from Alabama. But yeah, it looks like they will be plenty good.
