That’s a pretty assessment of coaches IMO.
Now there will be many who poo poo on Bielema, but he did make games out of many lopsided spreads last year, including our game.
I also believe that’s why Minnesota and Purdue have significantly “improved” over the last six years (quotes are related to Fleck cleaning up “a mess” at Minnesota from a team that went 9-4 IIRC).
The Locksley stat has me hopeful for our game against MD this year. (Our seemingly untested pass defense has me scared that the MD could be a game we lose when many expect a win…..based on historical performance).
