I think Berg's footspeed is NAIA. He would be really good at Grace, Bethel, Indiana Wesleyan or Huntington.
There's been talk about IWU going into D2 NCAA ranks. They're constantly good enough to do it, and they have one of the best coaches in the mid-west.

I believe that Berg or Waddel could play at a smaller D1 level program.

Yes, my thinking as a slightly overweight person with a dad-bod sitting at my desk reading basketball forum posts. :)

Berg is large but appears slow on the court. I wish both of these young men the very best as they have been nothing but devoted Purdue BB players. I felt bad for Waddel ever since his arrival as I was a big fan of his dad and know what legacy means to a parent. Same for Colvin, hard to walk away when your dad was a big star.

If everyone comes back then we cant add anyone but west. Its unlikely someone or some people wont go. If we lose someone beside furst then lets hope its not a key guy and we add people who help next years ceiling. We will have a very good team. I doubt we have much money if the key guys come back but a player or two who can contribute, development of the guys coming back, and getting the freshman/redshirt guys in can push the ceiling.
Roster expands to 15 next year. 2 spots plus openings for those leaving. With addition of Cluff, we have 5 spots available. 1 new plus potential to backfill the 4 leaving.
