Reminds me of 2006 when Purdue opened by beating Indiana State 60-35. ISU went 1-10 the previous season, and, if it didn't exactly feel like a loss, it certainly didn't inspire much confidence.

Purdue did rebound to go 5-3 in the B1G but lost at Hawaii and laid an egg to Maryland in the Champs Bowl.
