Not sure this is exactly your field of expertise, but is their a set of rules and regulations that go along with the just passed NCAA living expenses being paid to athletes as part of their scholarships. Another wordss, how are these expenses to be determined,so that it is equalized amongst all universities.There was an article written by Steve Berkowitz from the USA Today sports on 1-14-15 discussing how this could be an open invitation for schools to cheat along with a proposal by the president of South Carolina to partly adress this. I amsorry but I don't know how to link the article.
