That’s the third 2020 OT offered in past week. With our class being basically full it makes me wonder one of 2 things. The DTs Oxendine or Austin may be looking elsewhere or heaven forbid Carr is starting to lean towards UGA

I thought I heard 18 was most we could take and we’re at 17 now. Am I wrong on the 18? I guess there’s the possibility of grey shirt or blue shirt or even some decomitting. We really have no idea what goes on behind the scenes. I was just wonderingI don’t think so.
I’d say it’s just more that they really need another OT in this class.
If it was Austin you would see offers to DT...they need at least one in the class
18 is what we loosely have open next year. Doesnt mean they dont know about anticipated departures, natural attrition, etc. Class will be close to 21 or 22.I thought I heard 18 was most we could take and we’re at 17 now. Am I wrong on the 18? Brian said in today’s podcast that they were holding a spot for Carr, which they still feel really good about, and DT Austin. They also were really wanting a true tackle in this class, which I guess they don’t feel they have yet. That they are telling these offensive linemen recently offered that the spot is first come first serve with these OT offers. Kyle asked him about the class numbers, and he was not sure how all this would play out, but the coaching staff must have a plan.

All of the OL commits are interior lineman.Brian said in today’s podcast that they were holding a spot for Carr, which they still feel really good about, and DT Austin. That is what they said. I thought one verbal was outside, but I was obviously wrong. All of the OL commits are interior lineman.
Thanks for the info. That sounds really good. The class is already good but if you can add Carr, Austin and one of these quality tackles, that would be an outstanding follow up class to this years freshmenBrian said in today’s podcast that they were holding a spot for Carr, which they still feel really good about, and DT Austin.
