Pretty accurate.......till the end..:D

Yup,, Purdue won’t mess around and we’ll need to play our best game of the year both defensively and offensively. We have a chance if we can keep it close up to the last 5 minutes. Jaden Ivey is the best pick and roll player in the country and will put a lot of pressure on any defense. With him, we have to pick our poison. He can shoot, pass and drive at an NBA all star level. He’s unbelievably fast and always makes the right decisions. We won’t stop him but we at least need to stay in front of him and get a hand up on every shot. He’s not the only guy that’s a problem. Their center is MASSIVE! He’s talented too but is very slow. Normally you beat a team with a slow center by running them out of the gym with lots of fast breaks but we aren’t a fast break team. We’re a half court team on offense which plays into his strength because he just takes up space around the rim blocking and altering shots. We need to force him away from the basket by making him guard the perimeter. Whoever he’s guarding needs to go outside and set a screen and make him switch to one of our guards. That’ll open up a lane for our guys to get to the rim. If we just let him sit in the paint we’re going to have to shoot lights out from outside which isn’t our strength. I expect Purdue to play a lot of zone against us. They know we won’t shoot like we did against VT. They’ll dare us to take a lot of long two’s and a bunch of threes.
