Frankly, because of this track record at Ohio State and Kent State and the fact that he a quality person who happens to be an African-American, I thought he would be dynamite in recruiting. Since he has been our head coach we have ranked at the bottom in our recruiting classes and the prospects for this year are not encouraging. What are we doing wrong and how can we improve our recruiting? I know it helps to have a winning record or certainly better than our dismal performance during his first two years, but I just can't believe that we are that far behind Indiana and Northwestern! Any suggestions? Norm
