Tulsa Head Coach Montgomery is my #1 choice. Baylor offense. Currently took a 2 win team to a bowl game his first season. Already 7 wins his 2nd season. Could recruit Texas.
Instant identity.

Colorado State has a really good coach too. Recruiting the hell out of SEC transfers. Places like Alabama etc have a really lot of good football players sitting who could play very successfully at other places.

Bobo at CSU would be interesting. Successful offensive coach. Stafford, Aaron Murray, and David Greene plus his own playing career are selling points to add to the cradle of quarterbacks recruiting narrative. Plus A.J. Green, Knowshon Moreno, and Todd Gurley to point out to recruits.
Having said that, I visited both CSU and Purdue last fall while searching for a school to attend and Fort Collins would be extremely hard to pull him from. Added with his early success at CSU I would think this an unlikely hire.
I also like the idea of bringing Tulsa's guy and the Baylor offense.
Bottom line, I think there's a lot of good options out there and we can certainly get one of them.
