Finally, they are starting the process of looking for the next athletic director. Hopefully in six months they will have one in place and he can start gradually taking over for Burke. Then after that they can finally look for the next football head coach. Its slowly starting to happen my friends.

Someone said last week that 2 members of the search committee resigned at the first meeting. Was that ever confirmed?

The only thing that worries me is that we had a search committee when Purdue hired Hazell. Look how that turned out

They've also hired a search firm, which I don't recall they did the last time. Historically we've only been successful a third of the time in hiring football coaches. Keep that in mind before you get too excited. Of course, the last two were terrible misses so maybe we're due.
