Anthony Brown rode down to Dallas in the sixth round.

It doesn't always pay to be the second fastest DB at the Combine.

Yes he is fast but he has had limited success on a defense that struggled while he was here. He will more than likely make his living as a special teams player which is where most 6-7 round picks will play for most of their career.

He won't last long in Big D!!! he got torched all year from missing tackles to getting beat deep several times this year. In and out of camp before you know it. Beyond that it's too bad we can't develop any talent from a coaching standpoint. I know the whole speed thing and AB is fast but not being able to coach him up to improve in the critical areas of footwork, coverage technique or film study? this really makes me question hazell and his staff. 1 guy selected by a big ten school, when northern Iowa has two. Don't be too full of ourselves. Time for this group of coaches to move on….

Jacques Reeves was a 7th rounder and managed a few years in Dallas, even becoming a starter.

Brown needs to be in the right scheme. Also will help him if the team he plays for has a pass rush. Purdue had none and the DBs suffered.
