AJH minutes vs Haas. This should be the season average for both. AJH is by far our most effective big man against legitimate teams. 21 points, 10 boards and 7 blocks. Start AJ, let him finish and get plenty between. I like Haas and he certainly has a role on this team, but AJH playing as many minutes as he can handle is incredibly important for this team to meet their goals.

This. I like Haas, but AJ is playing at an entirely different level. That's why I think this has to be our year. No more, this recruit, that recruit. THIS is the year.

Totally agree with everything in this post. AJ is the centerpiece around which this team is built and he will determine how far Purdue goes this year. Keep him on the floor!

Doesn't matter who starts. If we get this AJ off the bench the rest of the year I will take it.

I get what you're saying, but I disagree. Let him come out from the beginning and set the defensive tone for the game.

good reasons for both sides. Still, refs many times set the way the game is going to be called early...just something to consider...
