I'm opening my yearly bracket challenge up to knucklehead members again this year. I run the pool through CBS and it costs $10 per bracket you enter. Last year I did 1 bracket only per player but I had tons of people who wanted to enter multiple brackets so given the majority will make UK there winner I decided to open it up to a max of 5 brackets.
Breakdown for winnings:
1st - 70% of entry
2nd - 20 % of entry
3rd - 10% of entry
Last year I had 32 entries and opened it up to knucklehead late.
The rules and scoring are as follows:
Round 2: 1pt + seed
Round 3: 2pt + seed
Round 4: 4pt + seed
Round 5: 8pt + seed
Round 6: 16pt + seed
National champion: 32 + seed
The way the "+ seed" works: If a 12 seed beats a 5 in the first round you would get 1pt for correct pick + 12pts. It basically rewards you for picking the upsets correctly.
Leave me your email or and I will invite you. All brackets must be paid up before the start of the tourney. Last year 32/33 brackets were paid and the one that wasn't I just deleted from the challenge.
PayPal unfortunately is the only method of payment I will accept.
