UConn - Opportunity to hit the double

UConn has the opportunity to capture the championship for both men's and women's basketball tonight. Has this ever been done before?

I guess this makes Connecticut the epicenter of college basketball? Ugh! Being from Indiana, I still think of the state as the center of basketball, but the evidence says I am wrong.

They did it in 2004. The women have won this a lot.It is up to the men to catch up.

You're right. The amazing thing is that both the UCONN men and women are UNDEFEATED in the NCAA Championship games. The women are 9 - 0 and the men, I believe are 3 - 0.
