Do we know how the in-home visit went with Painter? Hard to tell if all the other coaches got nervous and requested visits after Painter or if all had this set up.

Judging off the tweet by ND recruiting, IU doesn’t seem To be a threat to ND or Purdue. Sisleys are IU fam apparently, but aren’t impressed with Woodson and staff.

Woodson is that employee who had a decent resume and did okay to start because you have him some decent accounts. After the first year you bumped up his comp to account for his success. Now 3 years later, you put him on a PIP and things are moving in the right direction. You’re confused if it is because he has always had the talent or because he needs the money. You can’t fire him because he has met PIP targets so now you’re in a wait and see period.
