The sad thing is that if you got a good successful offensive coordinator you wouldn't have him for long as a bigger program would soon poach him or he would be offered a head coach job. That's one reason it's probably best to have a head coach from the offensive side of the game.

I don't think hes great but I do have to say, the offensive line is pretty bad and hes pretty much always got that on his mind. hard to blame him for a lot of this. bad play calling and a pretty bad offensive line always means the QB is going to look pretty bad...
