Didn't see this mentioned in the renovations thread, but admittedly stopped reading it after first couple pages.
Moving the students south and adding a tunnel for players will solve a lot of the congestion on East Side exiting the stadium.
Currently, the players have to cross the street which backs up everything, then a mass of drunk students are trying to walk south and a lot of fans are trying to walk east to get to Northwestern, Salisbury, etc to their cars.
Reminded me of mocking IU's lack of planning around their stadium on Gameday. We're an Engineering school. Glad this should be solved for everyone's sake soon.
