Watched the Marcus Dupree 30 for 30 last night.
IMHO there is no way any university hire FA and expects him to run a clean program based on the things he did to get MD.
Soooo what was Purdue thinking? Were they tired of losing? Was it a mentality back then that everyone was doing it so it wasn’t a big deal?
Im making the assumption that insiders all knew who was cheating so the hire of FA had to send a signal to other programs that Purdue was open for business.
side note could you imagine the NIL deal MD would have gotten today?
