One of my family’s vehicles was recently in an accident (everyone’s fine). The other driver was at fault, so we’re dealing with their insurance (Safeco).
The car was a beater - an old Traverse. No surprise, it has been deemed a total loss but what Safeco is offering in compensation is less than what it would cost me to buy a comparable vehicle by $1500 or so, and that doesn’t include tax, title, etc
Anybody here an expert on how to get from these people what we’re owed?
