I have to question the sanity of an organization that would start Hoyer over AOC. Hoyer shouldn't even still be holding a click board; let along start for any NFL team.

Moore unfortunately couldn't stay healthy his first 2 years. He had a prime opportunity both years imo to solidify himself as a surefire #2 WR...last year especially.
