Will talk to Jeff Brohm afterward and have video/story.

Many key guys likely won't play, I am guessing, due, to injury. Among them ...

S/LB Jalen Graham (hamstring)
DT Branson Deen (hamstring)
CB Tee Denson (sports hernia)
CB Jamari Brown (hip)
CB Cory Trice (knee)
S Sanoussi Kane (hip)
DE Joe Strickland (mono)

Not sure at WR. I am pretty sure Broc Thompson (shins) will be full-go. Not sure about Abdur-Rahmaan Yaseen (knee) and Mershawn Rice (foot).

Of course, two players are out for the season:

DT Damarjhe Lewis (broken left ankle)
TE Garrett Miler (knee). Sounds like Aug. 20 on surgery for Miller.

Will be interesting to see how the team looks in certain areas:

- OL getting push in short yardage? New right side OK with G Marcus Mbow and T Cam Craig?
- Pass rush OK? Kydran Jenkins? Scotty Humpich? Khordae Sydnor? Nic Caraway?
- Top WRs? My guess is your starters will be Broc Thompson and Charlie Jones on the outside, with TJ Sheffield in the slot. Tyrone Tracy will also see lots of slot time.
- How much is Tyrone Tracy gonna run?
- Look of DL without Damarjhe Lewis? Branson Deen and Lawrence Johnson are the top two tackles. Of course, Deen is likely out today. Backups? For Deen at 3-tech, it's Prince Boyd and Sulaiman Kpaka, then J.P. Deeter and Greg Hudgins. For Johnson at NT, Cole Brevard, Mo Omonode and DJ Washington.
- How does TE Paul Piferi look?
- QB Aidan O'Connell sharp?
- Are WRs Elijah Canion and Collin Sullivan still shining after being early camp stars?
- Is P Jack Ansell improved?

Check back later today.

Purdue is off Sunday; back at practice on Monday. No more open practices.
