A lot of the blacks on welfare live in crime and drug infested areas. That alone will break down the family structure. A lot of cases the family is broken down before it begins due to the teenage girls having children. Then the cycle repeats.

I forgot to mention before. Most of the kids join gangs because they are literally forced to join. Their lives are in danger if they don’t join. Then have to commit a heinous crime as initiation, usually murder.

WTF do they stay in those areas.
It's not like a job is keeping them from moving.
Subsidized housing is in rural, lower crime areas.
The same for food stamps and welfare checks.
Maybe they want the drugs and are the criminals?
