Was just reading a bball article in SI on Gongzaga and their 2 guard was identified as a "sharpshooter" at 38% from behind the arc. Well, that is the same as Kendall shoots but he has been labeled this season as being sub par. I guess we expect 50% from him. Many times athletes get labeled (many times unfairly) and it sticks. Kinda like the baseball player who gets labeled as not being able to hit lefties and it sticks his whole career.

I thinks it's because KS was shooting around 48% in non-conference and has now dropped to 38% overall while shooting less in conference games.

KS is still a good shooter - just streaky. I think it's a Sophomore jinx that he will work himself out of.
