Sure - about 18% given the smaller B10 as compared to a few larger conferences many of those years but mostly what - 1 of 5? major conferences that sounds about right.

It's isn't bad even those it's been 1 team almost half the time. Would have to go through those 24 years completely to see conferences and everything. I don't think the size of the conference matters too much, but more how many teams from the conference make the tourney. Big Ten for the most part has always sat in the 5-7 area outside a few years of like 8-9.
