Not only that, but according to this article, it was Simberg that supposedly made the most damning remarks, yet Simberg was fined $1,000 and Steyn was fined $1,000,000. Furthermore, Steyn had NEVER lost a case before. Guess you have to go to D.C. to get that "fair trial". Of course there are some nitwits that will undoubtedly defend this judgement.
