Wisconsin

We are so confident in his ability that we already gave him an extension this April, one that lasts thru 2024. It also gave him a raise to make his salary to 3.8 mil, only 5% less than Petrino. So we might give him a simple raise instead.

Maybe the team that “changed Purdue for the worse” in 2004 will be the victim of the game that “changed Purdue for the better” a big win a few days after Brohm announces he’s staying

I would love nothing more than this.

I've blocked much of that game from memory except for Kyle's fumble and resulting return for a TD (refuses to fade), but I think we had a chance to tie it up late and missed a FG, right?

If he stays, he may have " Will he stay or will he go?" in the media for as many days as possible that doesn't hurt either program. How many is that? I'd like to think before Wisconsin game. Much like the Vols news last year. I thought it might end today, but it could go on for several days.

Saturday's forecast: unseasonably WARM and SUNNY...

j/k high of 35 and chance of snow

Mother nature can go eat a bag of d*cks this fall

Yes, Orton did drive us down at the end for a FG that was missed to tie it up and go to OT.

I know people talk about the fumble, but I still cannot forget the INT that Kyle Smith had in his hands and dropped. That would have secured the victory, if it would have happened.

This thread just goes to show, in spite of how internet warriors like to target individuals (athletes and admin), it's still a TEAM game, and nothing occurs in a vacuum.

I wish everyone would tone down the Brohm Louisville speculations for a while.....we need to focus on getting one more win and a Bowl game! This is our time to take it to a depleted Wisky team....run it up like they have done many times to us in the past...

If we don’t beat Wisconsin now, continues that damn fumble streak for at least another year or more. This is our time, and our home! Get that bowl secured and send Bucky back home licking his wounds.

I can't wait to see what kind of attitude the team shows, will it be like vs Iowa or like the one last week. Hopefully the fans will have alot of signs and banners in regards to CJB to stick around and finish the job at Purdue.
