If I had money to spare,I would buy a few tickets to their game vs.IU at Lucas Oil Stadium along with some Cardinal hats and shirts, take a few people with me and cheer like crazy for Brohms boys.Indiana deserves to be treated like this since they tried to get out of this game. What a bunch of wussies.

Yes, though indifferently.

I appreciate what Brohm did to lift the haze that had descended upon Purdue football, bring in superstars like Moore and Bell, and back into a division championship. His embrace of Tyler Trent should never be forgotten.

Yet his stubbornness, nepotism, and unwillingness/inability to field a consistently disciplined team leaves a sense of missed opportunities.

Brohm helped Purdue out of the gutter. Purdue helped Brohm land his dream job. That's about the extent of it.

I don't think it was this years game they are trying to get out of playing.

I'm gonna chuckle when Louisville loses to someone like IU because Brohm always lost a game we had no business losing. Other than that I won't pay enough attention to care
You’re right but instead of losing a game we should have won in the first 4 years of his tenure we traded that for just flat out not showing up in 2 close games the past 2 years.

Rick Bozich,a Louisville reporter claims that an IU administrator called Louisvulle officials on January 7th of this year and at least tried to cancel the whole series.
I can neither confirm or deny that but my understanding was that it is only the last game of the contract.

There fans will go apeshit. They legit get mad when people don't have them going 10-2. And they somehow think Plummer will be better there than here because he has way more weapons. And they legit are expecting their defense to be top 10. They are on some good shit

Borhm isn't good enough as a DC to have that good of a defense and he won't relinquish enough control for an actual good DC to make his own decisions.

You think they melt down when he runs like 40 seconds off the clock right before half for no reason? Only to then try and hurry up when it's 3rd and 9 from their own 31 yard line with only 20 seconds left instead of running a 2-minute offense right away?

Anyone watch the HBO documentary "BS HIgh School? It's about how IMG played Bishop Sycamore on ESPN and absolutely cleaned their clock because they weren't in the same hemisphere in terms of talent, then everybody asked "How did this happen?" after the fact. Good watch. The Coach is certifiable Sociopath, I think, I bring it up because end credits puts 2 of the BS HS players on the current Cardinal roster.
