Why is the message board not updating on a laptop?

This is odd....I can read updated messages on my cell phone, but the site won't update on my laptop???

I don't get that....any ideas of what I can do to refresh this page? I've tried to do it many times.

Front page will update regularly,...but not the message boards?????
